Using two globally recognised tools, the Gallup StrengthsFinder and the DISC Behavioural Profile, we provide you with a detailed understanding of who you are, how you work best, and which career environments will help you thrive. Cancellation Policy
At Online Counsellor (referred to as "Company"), we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your counseling session. We strive to provide flexible options while maintaining a fair policy for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your counseling session. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you prior to your next scheduled session. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your counseling session without providing any prior notice (no-show), the full session fee may be charged. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find an alternative session time if needed. However, rescheduling is subject to availability, and we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible to secure a new session time. Emergency Situations: In the case of a genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstances, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be considered. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations to discuss your circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our schedule and provide quality services to all our clients.
