From somebody who struggled with Mental Health and now as an Online Counsellor, I strongly believe in the importance of implementing the right programmes and structures to enable the best outcomes for both students and teachers. With the help of our trusted collaborators, such as Masn, and my many years of experience, we're able to initiate systems and structures in schools that improve study skills, marks, morale and overall positivity within each school  It’s important for young people to understand that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. I help students to identify their stressors, explore their emotions and reactions, and provide resources to help them navigate difficult situations through our mental health talks and progammes.
