Community Guidelines – Clarity & Momentum Coaching Group
Our mission: To create a safe, supportive space where every member can grow, share, and succeed together.
1. Respect & Confidentiality
Treat every member with respect — no hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
What is shared in the group stays in the group. Confidentiality builds trust.
2. Positive & Solution-Focused
You may share struggles, but aim to seek solutions.
No constant complaining without a willingness to take action — we are here to move forward.
3. Value-Driven Contributions
Share tips, resources, or experiences that can help others.
When asking for advice, give enough context so members can respond meaningfully.
4. Self-Promotion Rules
No unsolicited sales pitches or spam.
You may share your business only in the dedicated “Promo Thread” (posted monthly).
5. Be Engaged & Supportive
Comment on at least 1–2 other members’ posts weekly.
Ask questions, answer others, and celebrate wins — a thriving group is built together.
6. Boundaries & Availability
The group is for general peer support, accountability, and community learning.
For personal matters that require deeper attention, book your 1:1 session.

Thank you for sharing these community guidelines! I really appreciate the emphasis on respect, confidentiality, and solution-focused contributions. It’s clear that this group is designed not just for sharing, but for meaningful growth and accountability. I particularly like the point about updating progress on goals—accountability truly makes a difference in achieving results.
I also love how the guidelines encourage engagement, asking members to comment on others’ posts and celebrate wins. That kind of active participation creates a positive momentum that can really support personal and professional development.
On a personal note, I’ve been juggling multiple commitments lately, and sometimes I wish there was a structured way to keep learning efficiently—like an option to take my online class while still staying active and contributing in this group. I think integrating learning strategies with accountability support could amplify the value even more.
How do others balance staying engaged here while managing other learning or work commitments?
