Tired learners, reports and marks, wrap-ups and goodbyes, and a teacher running on fumes. Then the holidays fly by, and January arrives with a new class, new demands and the same question: how do I start strong this year? This free one-hour online workshop is about closing the year well. Not just surviving it, actually finishing strong and using the holidays to genuinely recover, so you step into the new year with energy instead of dread. Each Teacher Wellness Hour session is a 45 minute practical talk followed by a 15 minute open Q&A, so bring your questions. What You'll Learn: 🧠 Why the end of the year hits so hard, and what to do about the exhaustion 🛠️ Practical tools for the final weeks: reports, wrap-ups and saying goodbye to a class 🔄 How to actually switch off over the holidays, instead of carrying the year with you 🌅 A practical reset plan for starting the new year calm, rested and ready 🚀 When and where to get further support if you need it Why You Should Attend: ✅ It's completely free. ✅ It's practical, not academic. Cancellation Policy
At Online Counsellor (referred to as "Company"), we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your counseling session. We strive to provide flexible options while maintaining a fair policy for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your counseling session. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you prior to your next scheduled session. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your counseling session without providing any prior notice (no-show), the full session fee may be charged. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find an alternative session time if needed. However, rescheduling is subject to availability, and we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible to secure a new session time. Emergency Situations: In the case of a genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstances, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be considered. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations to discuss your circumstances.
